Leeds is a wonderfully connected city, with travel links that can take you almost anywhere you want to go.

Travel by train

Leeds City Train Station is the fourth busiest UK train station outside of London. Recently renovated and expanded, the Leeds station now hosts services that run to London every half an hour.

The station links much of West Yorkshire and Horsforth is only a 12 minute ride to Leeds city centre.

Travel by bus

The Leeds City bus station runs services not just across Leeds, but also to and from neighbouring cities.

The bus station is also home to both Megabus and the National Express services, meaning that you can travel the length of the country on a budget.

Travel by taxi

Whether you’re popping to the cinema, shops or the club, you will always be able to find yourself a ride with one of the many Leeds taxi services.

Travel by boat

Often a surprise to people new to Leeds, you can travel along The Leeds & Liverpool canal by water taxi! Costing only £1.00, it is the city's cheapest form of transport.
