Leeds Trinity Business Network returns with a session on how to utilise goal setting to maximise success within your business.

.

What’s happening?

Amongst many other things, managing a business throughout numerous lockdowns and a global pandemic re-affirmed the importance of setting adaptable and ambitious goals that are supported by strong leadership.

Joining us to give expert advice on how we can develop and improve our forward planning to achieve better business outcomes is Pete Evans. Pete is a sales transformation expert and Managing Director of Sales Star, a Huddersfield-based company that consults multiple international organisations and gives guidance on how to maximise income and generate better outcomes.

Pete's interactive and engaging session will focus on the importance of goal setting in building a sales plan. Pete will share with us the four key elements of leadership that impact upon goal setting, linking this to building a clear sales plan with objectives and goals.

In this session, we will also be joined by Leeds Trinity University's Vice Chancellor, Professor Charles Egbu, as well as the Director of the Centre for Apprenticeships, Work-based Learning and Skills, Claire Newhouse.
