Making sure you understand your customer and how to communicate with them is fundamental to the success of your business. In this series, you’ll learn all the latest tools and techniques and how to utilise them to generate and retain clients. The first two sessions from our in-depth series on B2B Marketing will help you understand what research is helpful for your business and how to conduct effective research. The final two sessions will show you how to use your research to develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy that will engage your target customer.

Meet your expert: Dr Ali Hayder

Dr Ali Hayder has a PhD in Digital Marketing and entrepreneurship and has experience working in academic, government and private sectors. He has conducted various workshops on Digital Marketing for small and medium businesses in the UK and abroad. The focus of these workshops is to explore how SMEs can use emerging technologies (machine learning, internet of things and data analytics) to develop effective marketing strategies.

Previously, he worked for a B2B IT company as a Digital Marketing executive where he was responsible for developing and implementing their digital marketing strategy via SEO optimisation and social media marketing.

Where?

This session will be delivered remotely through Microsoft Teams.

Please note, you can only attend the workshop if you are a UK resident and live or work in the Leeds City Region, this includes Leeds, Bradford, Calderdale, Craven, Kirklees, Wakefield, York, Harrogate and Selby.
