The Chaplaincy plays an integral part in the life of Leeds Trinity University. The Chaplaincy team is committed to living out the Catholic faith within the University and wider community.

Regardless of how faith guides you, the Chaplaincy team at Leeds Trinity seeks to be an open, accessible and relevant source of social, spiritual and pastoral support to all students. Like all things worth pursuing in life, university is rewarding but, at times, may also be challenging!

We are here for you through it all; to celebrate your triumphs, and to support you in your trials. The Leeds Trinity University Chapel is open every day for you to use for your own personal prayer and reflection - come in anytime you need some space.

Our Multifaith Prayer Room is also available for you to use. They are both open every day and evening on campus. Whether you plan to get involved with lots of social and service activities, you want to know where to go for a listening ear, or you are just the kind of person who needs a bit of quiet headspace every now and again – the Chaplaincy is here for you.

The Chaplaincy provides:

  • a social space on campus;
  • an inclusive events programme for students;
  • a space for prayer/reflection in the Chapel and Interfaith Space;
  • a regular worship programme for all students and staff;
  • opportunities for outreach and mission.
