We are committed to colleague wellbeing and encourage everyone to work as flexibly as their position allows.

Depending on the needs and demands of the position, a job share may be possible but, we will review on a case-by-case basis and are happy to discuss throughout the assessment process at any point.

Should applicants anonymise their CVs?

We encourage applicants to submit their CV and covering letter anonymously by deleting any references to personal characteristics such as name, gender, religion etc.

Anonymous applications are thought to reduce bias in the recruitment process and ensure an application is assessed purely on merit.

Is hybrid and part-time working an option?

Similar to job share, we are committed to colleague wellbeing and encourage everyone to work as flexibly as their position allows.
